Peacock Bass
Our trip on the lake was awesome. The first place we stopped we were greeted by a huge crocodile who hung around the whole time we fished there. It was a little creepy since he was - literally - within arms reach of the boat but it was really cool at the same time. My kids loved it. We caught several peacock bass before moving on to a second spot. After we had enough fishing, our boat captain (sorry, can't remember his name) drove us by Monkey Island. He got us right into the action so our kids had the chance to feed the monkeys and really see them up close. The captain was great! He didn't speak very much English but we managed just fine and had a great time with him.
Back at the dock we met Rich and Chris again for the ride home. We paid a guy to clean the fish we caught and brought plenty back for dinner that night.
Marlin Fishing
My husband, Angelo, and I have just enjoyed a wonderful 5 days fishing here at the lodge. From the moment we arrived we have been treated like part of the family and we have felt welcome at all times. Our 1st. day fishing was spent with Rafael as our skipper and Chris as our guide. Our next 4 days we continued to have Rafa as skipper then Oliver as our guide. Rafa, Oliver and Chris were all fantastic and over our 5 days we caught 4 sailfish, 2 dorado, (1) 125lb. tuna and (1) 450 lb marlin. There were also lots of other fish not landed. This was an amazing result and we have fished at many places all over the world. We will definitely be returning and will be bringing friends next time. We will be counting the days until we can return!
Thank all of you for yet another wonderful vacation. We were here with you guys over a year ago and you guys have come so far. This is truly heaven on earth and I never could have imagined a place as perfect as this. We did it right and had a great time every day.

Unbelievable fishing in beautiful blue water. The food service and hospitality were top notch. My 100lb. plus sail fish was one of the true thrills of my life.

These past four days have been so wonderful. Everthing about our stay was perfect. All staff took extremely good care of us. Thank You so much for the best fishing trip of our lives. We raised 96 sails and caught 20 with one nice Dorado.
