DEPOSITS  A deposit of $100.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking.  Any changes are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge.CANCELLATIONS  90-61 days prior to departure, $50 per person cancellation fee; 60-46 days prior, $100 per person; 45-8 days prior to arrival, no refund provided.  No refunds for flight cancellations, acts of God, war or terrorism, etc.  Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.HOLIDAY BOOKING POLICIES  A deposit of $200 per person is required for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.  Full payment is required 90 days prior to travel date.  Special cancellation penalties apply during holiday season; no penalty for cancellations made 121 days + before arrival.GROUP POLICIES  For every 11 paid adults, the 12th adult is free based on 7-night package, double occupancy and lowest priced package.  See our website for complete information on group policies.HOTEL TAXES ARE INCLUDED  in rates shown.
